What data is processed

  • (Direct) Marketing: RD+P wants to keep its customers informed about the development of its services. For example, if there is an expansion of the options with the services, RD+P will let existing customers know. RD+P also has a legitimate interest in sending additional information about RD+P to those who have provided their data in order to receive a service (such as a white paper). If the customer indicates that he no longer appreciates receiving news messages, RD+P will immediately stop sending such information as long as the person concerned has not indicated that he no longer wishes to receive it. RD+P can also keep you informed of actions that it has and/or is being organized. If you register via the website, or in another way, for an activity of RD+P (for example a meeting, a white paper or a request for certain information or contact), or if you use our services, we can also further use the data for sending related, relevant information. Are you not yet a customer of RD+P, but would you still like to be kept informed? Then you can sign up for news updates. If you no longer wish to receive certain information or contact, you can always indicate this and we will, where possible, stop such processing of your data as soon as possible.
  • Execution of services: For the execution of the agreement concluded with you and to be able to provide our services, we need your name, e-mail address, payment details and your telephone number. In this way we can carry out your assignment, contact you, provide our services and keep you informed of the process. When necessary for our services, we provide your personal data to third parties, for example to a third party for the processing of i-Deal payments.
  • Application procedure: RD+P collects and processes data from applicants through personal contacts, by post, by e-mail and/or telephone conversations. We collect, among other things, the name, gender, contact details, motivation letters, information about the education level and the employment history of the applicant.
